Report: The lake is regularily stocked with rainbow
and cutthroat trout and provides good smallmouth bass fishery.

Durance
Lake - Durance is a small lake providing excellent
rainbow and cutthroat (stocked) and smallmouth bass fishery.
Elk
and Beaver Lakes - Elk and Beaver Lakes are located
13 km (8 mi) north of Victoria on the Saanich Peninsula beside
the Patricia Bay Highway #17. They both support large populations
of smallmouth bass, rainbow and cutthroat trout.
Prior
and Thetis Lake - Prior Lake provides excellent
oppurtunity for cutthroat trout which is stocked in the lake.Located
8 km (5 mi) northwest of Victoria is Thetis Lake which is stocked
regularily with both cutthroat and rainbow trout. Fishing is
reported as good year round with peaks in March-June and September-October.
